Design Build

Cool Air’s staff has become experts at designing piping systems and we will stand by anything we install. Our team of professional engineers work directly with building owners to create the mechanical system they want.  Our goal is their satisfaction which speaks for itself when our mechanical systems work as designed.  Once the engineering is complete, we layout the projects on mechanical plans via AutoCAD. Every design build project consists of the following tasks for our staff:

Engineering

• Site visit (if existing building)
• Heat and cooling loads
• Sizing of piping and equipment
• Layout of piping and equipment
• Professional stamped engineered plans created with AutoCAD software
• Coordination with other trades while creating designs
• Construction schedule and timeline

Installation

• Foreman on-site initial visit and material list
• Deliver piping and equipment to job site
• High integrity and craftsmanship in installation
• Coordination with subs when installing
• Start-up of mechanical equipment
• Warranty
