Building Analysis

For all our customers Cool Air will provide an ammonia system analysis free of charge.  Our engineering staff along with experienced fitters will visit your facility and look at all your system’s components.  Our analysis can usually be done quickly within a day’s time and your plant operations will not be affected by us being there.  There are certain standards we have at Cool Air and if something is not installed properly or up to code we will note that on our report.  Every ammonia system is different but core engineering fundamentals always apply and we have helped many end users make their system operate more efficiently.  In many cases new customers have reduced their service invoices by so much that they can now allocate money for other plant operations in the future!
