AMMONIA
REFRIGERATION
History
and Overview
Cool Air Mechanical, Inc. has been working
in the ammonia refrigeration industry since 1965. We have
done work for food processing plants, bakeries, poultry plants,
beverage manufactures, produce plants, cold storage facilities,
food
distributors, ice facilities, ice rinks, dairy plants, and meat
processing plants. We have
designed all types of compression systems from single stage, multi
stage, and swing systems for these customers. Every facility
has their own needs and Cool Air knows what to expect from its past
experience. No matter if your facility needs cooling for production
areas, loading
docks, cold storage spaces, spiral or blast freezing, mid temp coolers,
or fluid cooling Cool Air can help you out. We
have established great relationships with our customers and they
have always been pleased with their day to day operations when Cool
Air is maintaining their system. Cool Air prides itself in
customer satisfaction and safety is always a number one priority.
For more than 40 years we have engineered,
installed, and maintained NH3 systems. With our group of
professional engineers combined with our certified pipefitters,
Cool Air feels it has the best design build crew there is to offer. We
can design a new facility, an addition, or remodel to any ammonia
system. We have state
of the art estimating equipment for estimating labor and use AutoCad
for any drawings we create for our customers.
As a company, Cool Air also has developed
an ammonia leak detector and distributes food grade oils under
Cool Air Incorporated and Camco Lubricants respectively. We sell our leak detectors worldwide
to facilities that contain ammonia. Our detectors are designed
for use in industrial freezers,
coolers, production areas and engine rooms. Our oil products are used for ammonia compressors, air
compressors, and food service equipment. We offer oil analysis
of your existing equipment to help provide you with the necessary
information you need for the better operation of your equipment.
